Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds
Refunds are generally not available once an order has entered production or processing unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
Exchange requests are accepted only when:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect item.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic or video evidence.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned upon request.
Exchanges are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
Shipping Information
Free Shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement displayed on our website.

All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and proprietary technologies remain the exclusive property of MobyThreads or its licensors.
Unless otherwise stated, digital design files are not included with product purchases.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
We accept the payment methods available during checkout, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment options.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other government charges.
Limitation of Liability
